Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must be relevant to the focus and scope of Mutekeshum: Multidisiplin, Teknik, Kesehatan dan Humaniora.
Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that the following requirements are fulfilled:
- The manuscript must be written in English using clear, concise, and academic language.
- The manuscript should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format using:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Paper size: A4
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
- The manuscript should generally contain the following sections:
- Title
- Author(s) Name and Affiliation
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords)
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgments (optional)
- References
- The title should be concise, informative, and reflect the content of the manuscript.
- The abstract should briefly describe the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
- Authors should provide 3–5 keywords that accurately represent the main topics of the manuscript.
- References should primarily consist of recent and relevant scholarly publications. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote, and follow the APA (7th Edition) citation style.
- All manuscripts must be original works. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, and data fabrication or falsification are strictly prohibited. Every submission will be screened using plagiarism detection software, and the maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%.
- Research involving human participants or animals must comply with applicable ethical standards. Authors should provide ethical approval and informed consent where required.
- Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments before a final editorial decision is made.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content, language quality, data, references, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts.
- There are no submission fees, review fees, or article processing charges (APC). All accepted articles are published free of charge.
- Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS). Submissions sent by email or other methods will not be processed.
- By submitting a manuscript, authors agree that, if accepted, the article may be published as an open-access publication under the journal's copyright and licensing policy.
